Refund Policy

Overview

At Feinly, we want you to be confident in your subscription. We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of each payment. If you are not satisfied with your plan, you can request a full refund within this period — no questions asked.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the payment date.
  • This applies to both monthly and annual plan payments.
  • Each payment has its own 7-day window — for recurring subscriptions, the window resets with each billing cycle.

Plan Upgrades

When you upgrade from one plan to another (e.g. Starter to Pro), the new plan is charged in full from the date of the upgrade. The remaining unused days from your previous plan are not credited or prorated. The 7-day refund window applies to the new payment.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@feinly.app with the following details:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date of the payment
  • Reason for the refund (optional)

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable

  • Payments made more than 7 days ago.
  • Partial usage of a month or year beyond the 7-day refund window.
